Our primary ministry diet is intended to help us focus on spiritual growth.
SUNDAY SCHOOL (9:15 on Sunday mornings) - Bible Study is provided in unique ways to help all ages understand and develop a biblical foundation and biblical worldview. In our spiritual diet, Sunday School is the "FOOD" or main meal for feeding on God's Word in age appropriate environments. For children we have Kidz Konnection which is a large group high energy environment where they learn what the Bible says about connecting with God, their parents and others. For preteens we have Grapple where older children learn to grapple with God's Words in developing a biblical foundation for their lives. For students we have small groups based on age and gender where students dive in to God's Word to better understand the God who created them and how to live for Him. Adults have a men's, a women's, an adult co-ed and a young adult co-ed class to choose from.
WORSHIP (10:30 on Sunday mornings) - Each Sunday morning we gather to seek God together and be inspired to yield our lives more fully to Christ. In our spiritual diet, worship is the "WATER" or refreshment we need as we experience God together. Dress is casual (man looks on the outward appearce, but God looks on the heart). Music is a blend of both contemporary and traditional as we seek to bring the generations together. Messages are strong in biblical exposition and application with a focus on helping every person discover and develop a lif-chaning relationship with Jesus Christ as we grow together in grace and truth.
SMALL GROUPS (Various times in homes) - Small groups meet weekly in homes to develop friendships, grow spiritually and help others. In our spiritual diet, small group is the "EXERCISE" where we seek to live out our faith in Jesus Christ by getting to know and care for others.
MID WEEK (Wednesdays 5:30 PM Meal & 6:15 PM Growth Classes) - Mid Week provides an opportunity to enjoy a meal with family and friends as well as take advandage of various growth classes. In our spiritual diet, mid week activities are the "VITAMINS" to help supplement what we may need to be spiritually strong and healthy. For children we have 3M (Memory of Scripture, Music & Mission's Education). Students have a time of fellowship and worship uniquely designed for their age and stage of life. For adults we have various discipleship classes. January 9th we begin (1) Women's Class - James, by Beith Moore. (2) Equipped to Counsel. (3) Jesus Reaching Others.
DAILY DEVOTION (Every day and any time) - Daily time alone with God in prayer and reading His Word helps us remain in close fellowship with God through Jesus Christ. In our spiritual diet, daily devotion is the "REST" we need to abide in Christ and bear much fruit. As we grow in our love for God, we will also grow in our love for each other.
