The goal of the Christian life (and therefore, the church) is to let God transform us to love Him, ourselves and others.
Too many times, we focus on changing our behaviors rather than focusing on knowing Jesus Christ and letting Him transform our hearts and minds. The Bible says the world will know we are disciples of Jesus by our love. The fruit of the Spirit is Love. All that Matters is faith in Jesus that expresses itself in love.
